ASA Adjudication on Cycling Scotland

For those of you who haven't already read about this, here's the synopsis...

Cycling Scotland ran an ad to promote save driving when approaching and passing cyclist...Think Horse!  This ad has a lady on a bike cycling in a manner that is now advised both by cycling professionals and Bikeability Training Instructors.

No laws are broken.

In the ad a sports car gives the cyclist a wide berth and acts beyond reproach.

5 people complained because a/ cyclist wasn't wearing a helmet and b/ cyclist wasn't cycling in the gutter.

Surely there is something we can do to change this incomprehensible, misguided and just plain wrong ruling?
